Penalty, the hunt prize in Dressed by Lexi‘s Hallowe’en Hunt is intended as an American Football referee costume, I believe, but it screamed “roller derby” to this fan. The dress is mesh, with a light breezy prim skirt with resize script.

You can get an uber-simple skate HUD that will allow you to skate instead of walk at Blues Fantasy for easy-cheap. This also works with ice skates!
