Today, Eden will elect the Winter Queen for 2019. This is what I’ll be wearing.
This is a gown I picked up a few years back, but I’ve never photographed it before. It’s only in standard sizing, and with all the flexi and attachments, it’s rather complex, but it’s a fantastic look!
This is a gown from The White Amory that’s been languishing in my unopened folder from two Christmases ago!
The gown itself is standard size mesh, and the prim and mesh attachments are unscripted (if you want them smaller than they are here, you’ll have to sharpen your building skills!)

Here’s another little item that was in my unopened folder, hiding in the Advent gifts from The White Armory from last year (eep! has it been languishing for that long?)
The gown is a one-size-fits-all fitmesh piece, with the flexi sleeves adding a nice flow-y look. Compared to the other outfit from the same Advent giveaway I posted yesterday, this is not as good, and would have probably been better in standard sized fitmesh. I had quite a lot of problems getting it to fit Lara just right, and if you want to wear period boots with it, they are going to poke through the back of the gown.
Nonetheless, it’s a nice outfit for medieval events or RP.
After doing the post from yesterday about role play outfits, I was going through one of my unopened folders (yes, I have mote that one for various things!) This folder is called “Nope!” as I throw things in there that I’m not happy with on initial viewing (for example, stuff that’s system layer only). Every now and then I go through it more carefully and throw things out that I realize I was right about on the first look. And every now and then, I come across a nugget I missed!
This outfit was an Advent gift from The White Armory.
Probably the reason I threw it in an unopened folder was the fact that the pants for it are system only, meaning I can’t wear it on Lara. So, after discovering how good the rest looked, I went hunting for some applier tights I knew I had, and this is the result. Add a sword, et voilà!
The best thing about this outfit it the flexi cloak. The photos don’t really do it justice. It looks fantastic and moves perfectly.
The White Armory offers a lovely group gift for us this week, The Queen of the High Fells. This beautiful mesh mermaid gown comes with flexi add-ons and an optional wide collar with opaque and semi-opaque options.
I’ll admit to a few problems with this gown – the mesh is beautiful, but I had difficulties making it work with my Slink Physique body. The alpha works fine with the system body, but the bust and neckline wouldn’t play nicely with the alpha zones on the Physique. Of course, that’s as much a problem of the Physique alpha zones as it is the gown. Fortunately, the expansive collar hides a few alpha ills.
Removing the collar leaves a simpler yet elegant gown that reveals the jade and silver necklace from Angel Fae.
The Queen of the High Fells will only be on gift at The White Armory until Sunday, so get down and pick it up!

A quick little blurb for The White Armory‘s latest group gift! Femme Fatale Rogue is a fun little mesh outfit comes in the standard five sizes, and is in two pieces – the uppers (as one mesh unit) and the lowers (pants and boots as a single mesh unit).

Aloha, my friends — before it’s too late, I wanted to share this past week’s group gift from Bee at The White Armory. Subarashi is a lovely little mesh yukata/kimono, complete with sandals fit for Slink flats.
I love the bow detail. I had to add some hair sticks from Dressed by Lexi‘s Narcissus, as they really work well with this hairstyle.
