Caverna Obscura recently celebrated their 10th anniversary in-world, and to celebrate, Elvina Ewing created a Anais, a dream in golden silk.  This was a one-day only gift, so I fear that I can’t send you to Caverna looking for it — but I can send you to Caverna to look at all the wonderful things that Elvina is creating.  She’s long been a source for amazing outfits, and her more recent forays into fitmesh do not disappoint!

Anais comes in several variations, sheer and opaque depending on how brazen you would like to be… or how revealing.  Either way, Elvina lets you be your sultriest.

I should have known that when Andrea and I went looking for a place for a few drinks and some dancing, we could only end up in one place —

Andrea just recently upgraded to a mesh body (Maitreya Lara) and a new skin (WoW Skins  2016 Irene Bronze CL), and I think she just looks fabulous.  Plus…  it’s a whole new world of shopping up for her!  Addams has a host of lovely mesh clothing items to fill your wardrobe, with lots of fitmesh to fit any mesh body.

Summer is a great time to turn over a new leaf, to get a new start.  Well, frankly, anytime is a good time to take a new start!  Now, how about that dance?

Irises

I know, I’m always going on about how nice flexi dresses are for dancing.  So let’s put my money where my mouth is: Eden’s Summerqueen dance was this past weekend, and Paris METRO Couture had exactly what I was looking for with Van Gogh Irises.

I added a bit of jewelery from Spyralle: Summer Leaf earrings, and a new treat from the June 2017 SWANK event: Grow a New Heart necklace in emerald.  Simple, clean, and the perfect complement to Irises.

Now, as you might expect, a flexi gown is a bit complex.  This full outfit comes in at about 200k complexity, and a good bit of that is in the flexiprim skirt.  That’s about as high as I like to go for clothing in SL, but nothing compares with flexi for long gowns to dance in!

Sami revisited

Carrie’s Lingerie has released another new update on an old friend.  Sami was one of my favourite old applier pieces of lingerie, so I’m so happy to have the updated version with Omega appliers.  The lace-up back is just mmmmms.

I am so glad that Carrie’s Lingerie has continued to update some of the older pieces with Omega appliers.  I can think of quite a few to put on their list — Fireangel in particular, and that one burlesque-y outfit that I haven’t seen in the main store for ages!

Okay, something I don’t do enough of — assemble outfits from components!  This was a lot of fun, though, and features a few new goodies and a few old ones that I found in my inventory.

The two Alaska Metro items come from the Spoonful of Sugar 2017 Spring Festival going on right now!  The Foil Flash tattoo gacha comes in ten different placements over the torso, arms and legs.  The rare features all ten on one layer for your convenience.  I think I found a new fave tattoo!

A different shade for the Petite Mort scarf — melon — and taupe leggings.  Petite Mort‘s Gypsy beaded scarf is gorgeous, and comes in several lovely colours.  It’s a perfect accent piece!

All I want to do is savour the taste of that kiss goodnight.

With the change in the seasons, Tres Chic starts today, and Petite Mort has two lovely exclusives just for the occasion!

Lara is a lovely mesh dress in fitmesh for Maitreya Lara, SLink Physique and Hourglass and the standard SL avi.  It comes in six lovely colours, two of which I’ll show you today.

Melora Frost at Petite Mort really does such a lovely job with textures.  Her tastes fit perfectly with my wardrobe!
