The sandals are included, and while they are unrigged, seem to work nicely on Maitreya flat feet.

Prism offers Aurora, an exclusive for the 68 Main Event going on right now. This bodysuit is absolutely stunning in its materials and lighting, and simply must be seen to be believed. It’s materials-enabled, and reflects local lighting beautifully. Aurora comes with several lighting effects, the principle one is a set of multicoloured invisible lights that circle and rotate about you, causing the bodysuit to shimmer in amazing ways.
The other lighting effect consists of a set of particle generators worn on the hands that shimmer and leave trails as you move. They’re particularly spectacular when you dance!
The bento wings come with a simple built-in animation script, but they do not flap well: they shift from one static pose to another. THE GOOD NEWS is that a bento wing AO (such as the one that came with my B-Wings from Bare Rose) works amazingly well with Aurora‘s wings!
As much fun as it was to take pics of this bodysuit, my images cannot do it justice. Fortunately, you can go to 68 Main Event and take a look for yourself: Prism has a demonstration dummy set up for your perusal. Note that the light motion for the dress seems a bit slower than that on the demo unit at the event (this is a plus by my thinking).

Maai is a store I really like, but they have been really quiet for some time now. They moved to a big new store and a lot of vendors with coming soon went up, and then it all went quiet. I’m happy to say that something finally seems to be happening over there, and as evidence, here is the latest group gift from Maai!
The lingerie is for Maitreya Lara only, and the bra, panties, and garter are all separate. The stockings are also from Maai as a free gift (find them on the main counter), and again are only available for Lara. The stockings also come in white and nude colors. The bows on the lingerie are very cute 🙂
Since Aeon and I started this blog, I’ve thought that fashion photography should be all about the clothes, and a lot of my photos are done in the studio to reflect this. Aeon is a nice balance for me because she is far more concerned with getting out and finding a nice setting for her outfits. But you know, for a change, I wanted something other than the white backdrop to shoot against, so I got this little vanity table. It has some excellent little poses and animations in it, and the creator has tried to think of everything, including multiple copies of the objects in different colors. Also, everything is mod! What a great little addition to our set of props!
Prism Design has a very nice gift for the Renaissance Hunt that’s going on right now. The gift includes both a gown, and a full length wrap-around cloak for the guys (although I suspect we might be able to wear it too)!
The gown is in standard mesh sizes and the texturing is really nice (although as I tend to comment on most materials enabled clothing, the shine is a little overdone. I wonder if designers actually look at their materials enabled stuff in a photo lighting setup?)
For a gown like this, my first choice in hairstyle is this wonderful do from A&A. I don’t wear A&A as much as I used to before the jellydoll project, but this hairstyle is a must with this gown!
Paisley Daisy offers Sweet St. Chocolate as group gift for September, a gorgeous earthy dress for the autumn.
Joeylin has such a wonderful touch with the textures. The gold filigree about the shoulders and the lace at the midriff and hem are just the perfect fine detail.
Feuilles necklace and earrings from EarthStones is a perfect golden complement to this lovely dress.
Paisley Daisy has long had some amazing designs, I’m so glad that they’ve been expanding into fitmesh. I’m feeling almost ready for the leaves to fall from the trees!

This “outfit” if I can call it that, has been lurking in my inventory waiting for me to get up the courage to post it lol. It come in two versions, the “nice” version shown here, and a “naughty” version without the mid bra panels. Sizes are fitmesh for Freya, Isis, Venus, Lara, Hourglass, Physique, eBody, and TMP. There are no classic sizes.
I must admit, while I’m not a fan of the style, the detail and rigging are superb, which is what I’m come to expect from this designer. Great job, and certainly worth a look for those of you into this style!
Why do stores give out group gifts? I figure two good reasons — to thank their customers, and to encourage new customers into their stores. I’ve gladly just discovered {FAFA} ethnic clothing, and you can be sure I’ll be back!

This is a great little dress, and it comes in standard sizes plus fitmesh for Physique, Hourglass, Freya, Isis, Venus, Lara, and TMP. It also comes with a five color HUD, but guess which color I like? 🙂 At the store, right next to the dress, are a matching set of heels for Lara, Slink, and Belleza high feet. The heels come with a HUD to let you match them to the dress colors. A wonderful gift!
My hairstyle is by Tableau Vivant, and while I usually sport fairly long hair, I love short styles too. I must have worn A&A’s Serafine for 18 months to the exclusion of everything else before the jellydoll update to the viewer made most prim hairs far too expensive to wear. This hairstyle was a gift for SL’s 14th birthday, and it comes with a full fat pack of color HUDs!
It’s been a long time since I’ve done a post on an outfit from Rowena’s Designs! I haven’t been there for a little while until something caught my attention on the SLF&O group chat the other day. I’m glad I went because I picked up this gorgeous little dress that comes with a six color HUD too!
