Here’s a corset that our friend Katkind would really like, as she just loves bats 🙂

I found the corset way back in the Womenstuff Hunt at the beginning of the year.  It comes in standard mesh sizes and body specific fitmesh for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, and Physique.  It also has a 12 color HUD to let you change the front panel color.

I chose to go with purple behind the bats to match my normal red locks, but then I had a better idea and accessorized all with purple 🙂

The lace detail on the back of the corset is really well done.

Here’s another outfit that I’ve put together from FREE gifts at the FaMESHed 6th Anniversary Event.  And oh my, it’s a little naughty (or very sexy, as Aeon would say hehe)!

I like a lot of EDM, in particular Drum and Bass and Trance, and this dress is perfect for a rave!  I’ll have to organize one 🙂

The dress is a one-size-fits-all (well, is says nothing, so I’m assuming), and it works perfectly on Lara.

My hairstyle is from Mina, and is only in this color.  When I was unpacking it, I was thinking to myself, “Be red! Be red!” and it was 🙂

And the thigh high boots are from Lybra, and are only for Maitreya.

FaMESHed is celebrating their 6th Anniversary at the moment, and there are a ton of FREE gifts available from all the wonderfully generous creators!  To pick up your gifts, you need to join the FREE group.

Today, my outfit is by four different creators, and all these items are available at the event as gifts!

This super sexy little dress is semi-sheer, and the dress and panties are all one piece.  It’s from Kaithleen’s and comes in sizes for Lara, Isis, Freya, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, and Curvy.  There is also a 14 color HUD for the panties which also lets you change the colors of the buttons at the back of the dress.

My hairstyle is by Elikatira, and comes with a HUD with eight natural tones, four pastels, and eight ombres.

My heels are by Essenz and have sizes for Slink, Maitreya, and Belleza high feet.  The also have a HUD with three base colors which also allow you to change the lace tip metals and the sole color.

And finally, my earrings are by Empyrean Forge.  They are re-sizable via script, and also have a HUD to select the colors of the pearls and the metal finish.

Let me share a fabulous little treasure with you today.  A dear friend gave me a wonderful gift recently — the lovely Angelic dress from Blueberry

Angelic is a beautiful little mini with gorgeous little wing detail on the rear shoulder straps, and comes in fitmesh for most of your mesh body choices!

Like most of the treasures at Blueberry, Angelic is available in a wealth of colours and patterns.  The Fatpack features a HUD with a few extra choices – solid colours with a flower texture.

Blueberry  has long been one of my favourites for women’s clothing in SL.  It seems they always have something new to entice me!

Now… as a little side note… spare a thought for angels… for new lives, new births, new wings learning to fly.  With all the fear and uncertainty and stress in this world, there’s always new life to find, and new ones to celebrate.  So, to the one for whom it counts, Hau`oli Lā Hānau, Happy Birthday, special one, you are treasured beyond words.

I was interested to see Carrie’s Lingerie participating in the Evil Bunny Hunt.  Carrie’s is certainly still one of the best when it comes to applier lingerie, but we haven’t seen much new stuff from them in ages.

This sexy little set comes in standard system layers, and an Omega applier.  I think  the edges of the lace are a tiny bit too sharp, making this set a little “painted” looking.

While I’ll always love some of the applier lingerie I got from Carrie’s, and in particular, one of my favorite flexi gowns, I think applier lingerie is pretty much superseded by wonderful mesh undies, such as this set from Cynful, or this one from Aisling.

Don’t get me wrong, I still wear applier underwear with mesh all the time, but I think as a standalone as this is, a mesh set would have worked better.

We Love Role Play — Silvan Moon Design’s Laias Etherais

Just because Fantasy Faire is over doesn’t mean that the treasures have gone into hiding.  The May edition of We Love Role Play has begun and Solas and Bee at Silvan Moon Designs present the lovely Laias Etherais gown in two-piece fitmesh. 

There’s really lovely subtle texturing done all over the gown and the jacket.  The texturing work is just exquisite!

I always love shopping at We Love Role Play.  My pocketbook may be a little less enthused, but there are always such amazing treasures to find!  Stop by and take a look around today.

Lucky Roses

Hello lovelies!  Another hunt item from the Evil Bunny Hunt today.  I wish I’d been able to publish these earlier, but better late than never 🙂

This dress is an interesting mix of card suits and roses.  The red is very vibrant.

There are body specific fitmesh sizes for Lara, Venus, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Curvy, and Fine in the package.  Do you feel lucky? 🙂

Who says redheads can’t wear red?  At least dark reds like this super little mini dress from the Evil Bunny Hunt!

The bright colours light up the darkest evening….

I really love how Nickki has put a bit of a sheen on this gown — it shimmers very nicely in darker lighting, and ripples just so under brighter lights.  The colours really come alive!

Happy Aloha Friday, but spare a thought, too, for the people of Puna and Leilani Estates as Tūtū Pele rumbles. There has been some amazing footage of the fissure eruption, and so far no one has been hurt, but Tūtū Pele is not to be trifled with!  You can find updates at Big Island Now.
