This is another group gift from Julia’s Scandal.  Julia’s group is FREE to join and there are a number of past gifts for you when you do!

This dress comes in a “one-size-fits-all” for classic avatars, plus body specific fitmesh for Lara, Isis, Freya, Venus, eBody, Hourglass, and Physique.  As well as this black version, there is a bright red version too!  I was at a little bit of a loss as to what to do with this dress when it hit me it would make a really nice base for a gothic outfit.  So here we are 🙂

The dress is very see through, however it’s quite modest when all is said and done.  Due to the lace, it’s impossible to wear alphas with it, and it does have a few clipping issues in extreme poses (and I’m guessing while dancing too).  But it’s certainly lovely to photograph!

Spoooooky! And maybe a li’l bit sexy too… Neverwish serves up a nice little treat for you, with the KittyButt outfit. It includes Bento kitty ears, the top, a thong, and a skirt with an integrated Bento kitty tail. One cool feature of this set is that as the tail and skirt are one item, when the tail bobs up and down with the animation, the skirt part it is attached to moves with it in a nice natural way.

KittyButt is for Maitreya bodies and is available in 10 colors, with a hud for changing 2 trim colors and 6 fur colors. The bracelets are a separate item but come with a hud with matching colors to KittyButt.

As the holidays approach it is the time for formal gatherings. Here are two very lovely outfits sure to make you the belle of the ball!

Mariposa has mastered the use of glittering materials – their gowns truly shimmer as you walk, in a way that still photos can hardly capture. My favorite of theirs is the Dallas Sparkling Iridescent Zebra Stripe Halter Gown, available in nine colors. In my view the stunner of the batch is this one, the viola color. The dresses include two different body lights you can add that really make the dresses sparkle! Dallas is available for all major mesh bodies.

A word has to be included here for the hair I have on here, Love Song by Magika. Usually when going for formal gowns I stick with updos but here Love Song is just perfect, melding long flowing locks with a classy bun on top.

For something slightly less formal but sensual, Indura has the Venice bodysuit, which has see thru lace in all the right places. It includes unrigged attachments and flexi cuffs, with the body suit an applier in five colors as a fat pack for all major mesh bodies and classic avatars. The individual colors are also available at their in world store.

Aloha, my friends!  Some lovely little treasures to share with you that I found at We Love Role Play.  I was a bit late getting to the event this month, so we’re a little behind!  Today I’d like to show the Vellista tunic from Senzifine.  It’s a lovely long-sleeved bare-shouldered tunic that can double as a dress.  I paired it with some leggings from Silvan Moon Designs’ Ranger of Islavare outfit, and the result is pretty magical.

This outfit just called out for some of my favourite jewelry — the Lapis necklace and earrings from Evelock and Spyralle‘s Forest Edge mask.

Just as the fae, all things are fleeting.  We’ve got about a week left for this month’s We Love Role Play, and about that much time for one of my favourite pose makers.  an lar [poses] is closing at the end of this month, and all her poses are half-price.  Their easy gentle style has really appealed to me, and I’ll be sorry to see them go.

So, you know — the lesson in everything is to take advantage of what comes your way, for you know not when it will vanish like a sparkled dream.

Recently, I was researching RLV traps for ideas for some Hallowe’en trickery.  While doing so, I came across a place called the “Art Gallery of Accidental Entanglement“.  The traps here use RLV to transform you into works of art, which is really strange and fascinating at the same time.  There are gardens (stick to the paths if you’re wearing an RLV relay!) and a building with a lot of incredibly well done statues who are really avatars that have asked the staff to pose them for a specific amount of time.

It’s worth a visit.

How this works of course is a script delivers you skin and hair and eyes and so on, and uses RLV to strip you down and then apply the items it gave you.  Having been accidentally trapped by a stand in the garden and been given the objects, I decided to try and make a stand of my own.  I already had the perfect pose for it as our friend Kat asked me for help making a pose so she could try and recreate Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres’ famous painting “The Spring“.  So here it is, although I’m not as curvy as the nymph in the painting lol

Today, I have a warm angola sweater and some lace trimmed culottes to show you.

These are one piece (oh I wish the culottes were separate!) and come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Physique and Hourglass (as a “one-size-fits-both”), and TMP.  There are some tiny clipping issues, but a really nice warm sweater outfit to wear as the days get chillier!

Fur Coat Quickie

Just a short post to show off a lovely fur coat from Beautiful Dirty Rich. So often ‘fur’ in SL appears rather tacky but here they have managed a nice luxurious look. The Obsession jacket comes in 10 patterns, along with 10 colors for the scarf, which can also be hidden.

There are two other styles of fur coats available from BDR as well, with differences in collars and length. The Obsession fur coats are available for all major mesh bodies.

Now this is a coat to keep you warm on chilly nights! Cheers!

A hunt, a Hallowe’en hunt, for FREE, at Blacklace!  There’s nothing not to like about that!

There are 34 pumpkins hidden about the sim, waiting for you to find them.  Included are some fabulous lingerie, shoes, dresses, poses, and more!  This lovely little set comes in sizes for Lara, Hourglass, and Physique.  It even includes a tiny little top hat and veil, which I’m not wearing in the photos, but could be a wonderful addition for a fun Hallowe’en party.
