A fae the colour of midnight, dancing in the dew amonst the spring flowers, celebrating the moonlight, the warm air, the hope of life.

Fantasy Faire is just over a week old, and has about another week to run! If you haven’t been yet, you certainly should make time, because like spring, the Faire is fleeting.. but the need is strong. Fantasy Faire supports the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and provides funds to help fight cancer — to find a cure!

I’ve a number of wonderful treasures to share with you today that came together just perfectly! Let’s start with the skin, Pure (Moonlight) from Fallen Gods. It’s the one thing that’s not from Fantasy Faire, but instead is at We Love Role Play this month. But when I saw the beautiful Delphine Fairy from Roped Passion I knew it was the perfect complement — not too close and clashy, just a beautiful variation. Delphine Fairy comes with static unscripted wings, arm and leg vines, and the dress in fitmesh for all of the most popular mesh bodies.

I’ve added the Varosh horns and Tsubome staff from Petrichor to complete the look. Both are at Fantasy Faire now, and look absolutely purrrrfect in the ensemble. The Varosh horns are materials enabled — they have a lovely silvery sheen — and come in dark and light varieties. The Tsubome staff comes in static and battle versions for either hand. I haven’t tried the battle version out, but I love the way that it looks with my fae!

The faerie outfit, the horns, and the staff are all at Fantasy Faire right now!  And in the meantime, it’s Friday, my friends, I hope you can enjoy a beautiful day and a wonderful weekend. I wish you peace and joy and love!

I have a beautiful elegant gown from .AiShA. to share with you today. Olivia comes in a host of lovely colours, but I just adored the beautiful cobalty-blue Klein. It’s a long gown, so it can be a little tricky to dance in, but its sexy and slinky and just makes me feel good.

There’s another beautiful Decade necklace from [Harshlands]! The rares in this gacha all feature a special little adornment. I love the butterfly wings of the Jilly! And again, it all helps support a good cause — the fight against cancer!

I don’t know if any of you have read Philip Reeves’ Mortal Engines series, but when I first saw the Stalker skins from Jeanette’s Joint, I thought immediately of Grike and Anna Fang. No, I know, I don’t envision either them as sleek metallic like this… but that feeling persists when I look at JJ’s fabulous work here.

There are several colour choices for the Stalker, and seperate “skin” choices (called “personas”) for the skin visible around the mouth and eyes.

I also get a chance to show off the fantastic Jada outfit from The Forge. Jada is a gacha outfit in a bunch of different colours. If you like the gachas, this is a fun one to play for!

It’s a beautiful warm spring day, with hints of thunderstorms, and I’m flitting about the Fairgrounds. I’m always on the lookout for new outfits for my petite fae. I love the little Yabusaka petites, although I have the sad feeling that they’re kinda a dead-end product that is not really being developed these days. I have to admit, they have not aged particularly well in the era of bento faces, and the clothing manufacturers have not appeared to have developed much over the past few years.  Mind you, if rigging is carefully done, why can’t we just resize our favourite mesh bodies down to petite size???

All that said, I’m glad to show off a lovely outfit picked up here at Fantasy Faire 2020! The Juniper outfit from Starla at **DSO** is an adorable lovely little omega-applier tights and top with a flexi skirt. It’s cute and bright, and comes in a variety of colours!

The flexi skirt is not modifiable, so you can’t adjust the size. I found it to be slightly oversized in the waist for my Yabusaka 3.0 fae body, but I was able to adjust position enough that I was happy with the fit.

Sometimes, you just get lucky.

If you don’t know, a lot of creators participate in a promotional event group called One Hour One Linden.  The idea is that a creator will announce a promotional item, and you can buy it for L$1, but only for the hour immediately following the announcement!  You have to pay attention, and run 🙂

Amisar, the new brand by Scandalize, is doing quite a bit of promotional stuff at the moment to launch the brand, and announced this dress in the One Hour One Linden thing, and I just happened to be on and catch the announcement.  Just to show you how quick you have to be, I arrived at the store, and within two minutes, the sim was full of girls arriving to grab the bargain!  As I said, sometimes you just get lucky.

This dress is pretty daring, and doesn’t leave much to the imagination!  It’s sized for Lara, Isis, Freya, Hourglass, and Legacy.  It’s a fatpack, and comes with two HUDs.  In the first, you have a choice of twenty colors you can mix and match for the side panels, the sheer panels, and the hems.  The other HUD gives you a selection of the same twenty base colors for the side and sheer panels, but in ombrés.  An excellent bargain for L$1!

A girl can never have too many shoes!  And when a pair of boots like this comes along from a wonderful creator donating to the Stay At Home Club, you’ve just got to rush out and get them!

Years back, we had thigh high boots that were sculpties.  The knees clipped and well… let’s just not go there.  Now we’re treated to wonderful boots like these, with fits for individual bodies so they’re like a glove.  These come in sizes for Lara, Isis, Freya, Venus, Hourglass, and Physique.  There’s also a fifteen color HUD for them, so you’re certainly going to find a color that suits!  Run and get your pair today!

Again, I’m wearing this as the leopard, really, just because I’m having fun doing it 🙂
