I came across a new skin that I wanted to try.  I’ve been a tanned redhead for nearly my entire time in SL, so maybe time to go the paler, freckly version?

This skin is available as a FREE gift to members of the Fabulously Free in Second Life group from 7 Deadly Skins.

It has the the following skin tones, both on system skins if you want to wear BoM, or Omega appliers: Apricot, Butter, Dew (shown), Pineapple, and Sand.  Each of the five tones also have a browless version if (like me) you use your mesh head’s options to supply eyebrows.

It’s surprising how quickly I got used to this tone, but if you put one of these photos up to my usual skin from Lumae, it’s a stark contrast!

Not wanting to show you all my new skin, I found a nice FREE group gift at Glitter.  This dress is sized for Lara, Freya, Venus, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, Curvy, Fine, Ocacin, and also comes in the five standard mesh sizes for classic avatars.  It has a six color HUD with the other colors being blue, purple, green, red, and black, all in very muted tones.

The dress clips on the arms in the below pose (I airbrushed it out) and it’s difficult to deal with because of the arm cutouts, but for walking around, you’ll be just fine!

Here’s another outfit I grabbed from Addams with the credit they gave away at SLB17!

The dress is sized to fit Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Physique, and Hourglass.  It has set of panties built in, and they come with a forty two color HUD and the option to hide them if you prefer your own.

I got this color thinking it was a more towards a brown, but it’s more orange-y, should have tried a demo, Blue!  But never mind, it still suits the leopard’s colors pretty well!

This pearl bodysuit is sized to fit Lara and Legacy.  You can wear it as-is, or it would make a great base for a belly dance outfit with the addition of some silks at the arms and legs!

I’ve told you before, my friend Kat occasionally likes to come shopping with me when I’m looking for outfits to blog.  We were looking at things, including the lingerie I showed you a couple of days ago from Maai, and she said “Let’s have a look at Yeliz”.  I said, “Here, hold my purse!  Every time I go there, I spend money!”, and off we went.

I hate to say, this time was no exception, I had to get my purse back from her so I could buy this wonderful little outfit for L$99 lol.  However, Yeliz is generally very good value for money!  This outfit comes with the top, panties, and two sets of sleeves, one loose (shown) and the other tight.  All pieces are sized to fit Lara, Venus, Freya, Isis, eBody Curvy, Hourglass, and Physique.

The package includes a massive coloring HUD with forty colors to chose from, and you can color each piece mentioned above separately, plus there are HUD sections for the fringes and the top’s strap too.  Additionally, you can texture the metal rings for the fringes, and hide top’s strap, fringes, and rings to get different looks.

I’d say that was well worth your L$99!

Today I have a prior group gift from Glitzz to show you that’s still available in store.  Glitzz is L$250 to join, but it’s worth your while if you love great lingerie!

This was a Christmas gift from last year, but it’s a great outfit to wear to a lingerie event any time of the year.  The body suit and corset/skirt are separates and both are sized for Lara, Legacy, Frey, and Hourglass.  And the mask is included too!

Hello sweets!  I have the latest group gift from Maai to show you today!  The Maai group is FREE to join.

This bodysuit and stocking set is available in sizes for Lara and Legacy.  The bodysuit and stockings are separates, but there is also a combined all-in-one with both in case you are short of attachment points (not that I can see that in a lingerie situation hehe).  Another nice gift from Maai!

A very quick post for you today!  This sweater is a FREE gift for members of the teleporthub.com group.

With its cute kitty and heart, it’s sized for Lara, Isis, Venus, Freya, eBody, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Curvy, Fine, and standard mesh sizes.  It can clip a bit at the neckline, but with the cute artwork and the neutral color, it will probably find a spot in a few outfits somewhere 🙂

I’ve got two free gifts to show you today!  Both the lace top and the boots I’m wearing are available for FREE, one with a free group join and one if you’re a member of the teleporthub.com group (which if you’ve been following me for any time at all, you should be!)

The top is available from Coco with a free group join.  It’s sized to fit Lara, Physique, Hourglass, Venus, Isis, and Freya.  It’s a little revealing, but there is plenty of room to wear a bra underneath if you’re shy.

And wow, the boots.  The detail on these is really amazing, from the textures on the laces to the eyelets and the boots themselves, attention to detail is the name of the game here.  I wanted to take the photo below just angled off more so you could clearly see the laces and eyelets are all detail and not just texture, but three pics a post is more than enough 🙂

The boots are sized for Lara, Physique, Hourglass, Venus, Isis, and Freya as well, and come with a six color HUD that allows you to change the color of the laces and the boot material.

Sometimes in SL, strange and mysterious things happen.  Case in point, I was walking down a beach yesterday and a random girl said hello to me, and said “Come and look at this dress I’m trying on”.

The next thing you know, the girl was saying “I can send you one of these dresses”, and despite the fact that I told her I fashion blog and have a million dresses, she sent me one anyway.  I though perhaps she was the creator of the dress and wanted me to blog it, but no, she gifted it to me via marketplace.  Uh OK, her nefarious intentions aside (I assume you can guess what she wanted for her “gift”, and was disappointed), here it is.

The dress comes in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, and five standard mesh sizes.  It has a four texture HUD with different levels of sheer for the different textures, all in white lace.  Also included are the panties on Omega, Maitreya, Belliza, and Slink appliers, and they come on a standard system underwear layer too if you’d prefer to use BoM.
