This little short kimono style outfit is from Sakide. It’s mesh in the five standard sizes and includes fitmesh versions too. It also comes in a white and pink version. Just the thing to wear to the bathhouse!

I love the colors of fall, all the beauty of the turning leaves. Here is a wonderful little capri set from Kastle Rock Couture. The blouse is mesh and comes in the standard five sizes. The pants are system (unfortunately with no appliers).
Adding a nice little touch is my autumn moon necklace. The detail on this is fantastic, as I think you’ll agree!
It’s November, but unseasonably warm weather makes it comfortable in sandals and bare sleeves. Comfy clothes for the weather are provided by Rowena’s Designs, surprising us all with Daisey, a mesh overall and knit top combination in five sizes.

If you’ve been reading this blog, you know I’ve got a bit of a gripe against merchants who sell each individual colour or texture of their product at exorbitant sums. The Daisey overalls feature Rowena’s norm: a colour/texture change HUD, with six different colours for both top and bottom, each independently selectable for 36 possible combinations.
What else to add? Oh, yes – this is a FREE GIFT for members of SL Frees & Offers. Stop by, pick up a copy, and check out all of the amazing items offered by Rowena!
This group gift from Ghee has been available in store for some time, and I finally got around to picking it up today. Another outfit not made for redheads, I again have to wear another color hair. Never mind, it gives me something else to show you 🙂
Ghee has a L$250 group join fee, but once again, with the quality of clothing, it’s hard to complain.
The pretty Asian styled dress comes in the standard mesh sizing and includes matching shoes for Slink High feet!
This was my Halloween outfit for the big night. A fabulously dark gown called, what else? “Dark Blood Ephiphany” by Glam Dreams! The gown was a group gift, absolutely FREE to group members. And it comes with all the accessories you see here, plus a fur collar and neck frill that I chose not to wear.
The earrings are another hunt item from Bats in the Belfry Hunt from the other day. Here is a close-up, also showing you another aspect of my usual skin from Lumae. My normal ginger sure didn’t go with dark blood 🙂 Including my eyebrows. Fortunately, Lumae includes multiple options with their skins, and I have the choice of four eyebrow tints and a version with no brow in case you need to add that rainbow one you found as a freebie 🙂
Finally, a close-up of the accessories. The skeleton hands are some of the best I’ve seen!
Materials science is a hot area in the real world, and Advanced Materials in SL isn’t far behind!
I have to show off this fabulous dress from Ally Adventures. Ally offers a range of clothing featuring this fabric, and each more provocative than the last!
These items do require the Advanced Lighting Model to be activated, so it’s not for the faint-of-cpu, although I have little problem on a range of computers that I’ve tried. I’d definitely recommend checking the demos first – Ally offers free demos of all her items. Additionally, transparent clothing leaves no room for alphas, so some adjustment of shape may be called for.
All of the Ally Adventure glitter sequins garments come with a set of personal lights. These are similar to facelights, but are designed to produce sparkle in the dress. Night (low illumination) produces a very transparent effect! These are not for the excessively modest! My dear friend Whit might be concerned about a lack of decorum, but it does feel good to get this off my chest.
As a nod to some level of modesty, Sparta comes with a thong with multiple texture choices, but the breast is left transparent to view.
For contrast, a view of the same dress under daylight illumination. The fabric is a bit less shear – external illumination hides (to some extent) the skin beneath.
Ally Adventures features a broad range of clothing with these materials. I can only say that I think they are worth every linden. Watch this space for review of others – there’s a very sexy swimsuit that I have my eye on.
While I was out shopping, I came across this FREE gift from Morea Style. Just in time for Halloween, the outfit comes on system layers and includes all major appliers. There are two skirt styles, this one and a mini version.
And in case you hadn’t noticed, this is way too orange for my normal carrot top, so I’m wearing a hairstyle from Emotions 🙂
While I was at Paris Metro yesterday, I picked up the latest group gift. The group is FREE to join, and past group gifts have been as stunning as this lovely little cocktail dress. You will look smashing at your next dance in this, it flows beautifully!
The dress is on system pants and top, and has a mesh belt and flexi prim skirt and ruffle. Unfortunately there are no appliers, but I’m wearing this out dancing with my standard system body!
Hello once again gentle reader 🙂 Here is a lovely lace bodysuit from Paris Metro, absolutely FREE! It comes on standard system layers and is also supplied with Slink, Belleza, and Omega appliers for all your mesh body needs.
And a close-up to show you the lovely lace detail:
