Okay, maybe that’s a bit too clever — monstera deliciosa is the scientific name for the split-leaf philodendron, a beautiful tropical plant that can grow up to 10 metres across!  It features beautifully on this little dress from Seniha Originals!

I’m not usually a huge fan of strapless/sleeveless, but this is just too pretty.  It comes in two patterns, a retro style and the tropical style that I’m wearing, and in fitmesh sizes for Maitreya Lara, both SLink bodies, and all three Belleza bodies!

I’ve had this dress lurking in my inventory for ages and I’ve got no idea why I haven’t photographed it yet!  Easily rectified 🙂

The skirt comes in fitmesh for classic, Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya, while the top comes in standard rigged sizes with fitmesh for Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya.

My lovely little necklace was a Valantine’s group gift from BlackRose Fashions.  It’s one of my favourites.

As the top is open at the back, I can get away with open toed pumps too, right?  🙂

This fab little outfit was on AvaGirl’s MM board the other day and I was lucky enough to get it!

The tank top comes in standard mesh sizes, and fitmesh for classic, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink.  It also comes with a texture HUD with six color combos. This is the aqua version.  The white jeans come in fitmesh for classic and Slink.

The detailing on the jeans is very nice, although the side seam is rather prominent, which makes for some sharp shadows if you have advanced lighting on.

Spyralle is supporting Relay for Life with a lovely gown exclusive for the 2017 UAC Medieval Faire!  Elys is stunning with Kerryth’s lovely textures in gold, blue or purple.

Elys comes in five rigged mesh sizes and three different fitmesh versions as well.  The fitmesh are not mesh-body-specific, but appear to be different bust-sized fitmesh for the standard SL body.  That’s all right, I found that they worked just fine with my Maitreya Lara and SLink Physique bodies — just use the appropriate alpha zones.

A Land Down Under

This top and capri set from Entice is called “Land Down Under”.  I dutifully found an Aussie themed sim.

The top and pants come in standard mesh sizes, with a one-size-fits all fitmesh size.  Unfortunately, the fitmesh size does not fit Maitreya Lara (the cuffs of the capris fall right in the middle of an alpha zone, and that alpha is needed, sadly).  I’m wearing the small and this seems to work with Lara pretty well.

The outfit comes with a three texture HUD, for this version all the textures are in black and white.  There are other colors available at the Entice store however.

I’m sort of at a loss as to why this outfit is Australian, but I suppose you have to pick some name for your clothing 🙂

With graduation marking the end of the school year, summer is officially here as far as I’m concerned! Song Bird is a wonderful little fitmesh shift from Precious Designs with a six-colour HUD.

Beautiful weather, waking to the dawn chorus, picnics, hikes, a little more relaxation time (hopefully), warm rains and thunderstorms — I love summer!

This absolutely gorgeous lace bra and panty set is a group gift from MAAI.  It’s exclusively fitmesh for Maitreya Lara.  MAAI is FREE to join.

The only tiny flaw is the small bulge in the underbust area, but this is hardly noticeable with normal wear.

As with all good lingerie designers, MAAI knows just were things should be transparent and just where they should be opaque.  What a wonderful something to welcome your partner home in 🙂

I’ve got a little flowery number from Moonstar to share with you today!

Purple Floral Minidress was a group gift a week or two ago, and comes in the five standard rigged-mesh sizes plus fitmesh for one of the Belleza bodies as well as SLink Physique and Maitreya Lara.  The belt is textured in-place, but looks lovely!

I know it’s summer in SL, but it’s coming up to winter in the Southern Hemisphere where I live, so having won this lovely little wool dress on an MM, I thought I’d share it with you now rather than wait six months 🙂

It comes in fitmesh sizes for classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Ebody, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Fine, and Maitreya.  Even though this is Lara fitmesh, there is a little body break though particularly around the shoulders in some poses.  I’m not sure if playing with your shape would fix this or not (I didn’t try).  Walking around in it is just fine.

To accessorize, I chose one of the jewelry gifts from FaMESHed (I hope you made it to the event!)  A choker goes well with this not only for looks, but because the dress is thick, a long necklace won’t look right if you adjust it to drape over the dress.

I was looking for some thigh boots in my inventory when I came across these great winter boots that I’d forgotten I had!  They are unrigged and so work just fine with Lara.  I love the pretty detail on these!
