I’ve got some wonderful specials from We <3 Role-Play for you today! Lady Rhapsody is a beautiful new gown from Silvan Moon Designs, and two beautiful hairstyles from Calico Creations. So many pretties!
Lady Rhapsody comes in five wonderful pastel colours, a regal look in Maitreya Lara and SLink Physique fitmesh only. Each gown includes the corset dress and a lovely overskirt, as well as a matching rose embellishment at the hip.
Kendle is a lovely rigged mesh with optional flexy add-ons. Kindi is a beautiful updo in both rigged and unrigged mesh. Both are available in all of Calico Creations‘s lovely palette of colours. Each pack includes a HUD with a wide selections of shades in a given palette (I chose reds and gingers, for some reason). Incidentally, if you weren’t aware, Calico Creations has re-released some of their older hairstyles with a more complete colour palette, which includes the much older shades that I really loved! I don’t know how long that’s been so, I just discovered it! YAY!

Okay, something I don’t do enough of — assemble outfits from components! This was a lot of fun, though, and features a few new goodies and a few old ones that I found in my inventory.
The two Alaska Metro items come from the Spoonful of Sugar 2017 Spring Festival going on right now! The Foil Flash tattoo gacha comes in ten different placements over the torso, arms and legs. The rare features all ten on one layer for your convenience. I think I found a new fave tattoo!
A different shade for the Petite Mort scarf — melon — and taupe leggings. Petite Mort‘s Gypsy beaded scarf is gorgeous, and comes in several lovely colours. It’s a perfect accent piece!
All I want to do is savour the taste of that kiss goodnight.

Alaska Metro offers Jolene, a beautiful applier bodysuit and Nyla, some fantastic stockings for your pleasure. The bodysuit is gorgeous and available in three different colours, but I think I might love the stockings even more. Newness at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival! Silvan Moon Designs offers Lily of Dellhollow, a beautiful new mesh outfit in multiple independent components — top, vest, belt, skirt and pareo.
Lily is offered in three commons (aqua, pink, green) and rare red! As with all the lovely SMD offerings, it comes in standard mesh sizes plus Maitreya and SLink fitmesh.
You might know, it takes a lot to get me to wear red, as it often clashes with my ginger…. but the Lily gacha rare is stunning. Add a ribbon from .wound to complete the look!

Aeon says: It’s not a surprise to me that so many cultures have set their calendars so that the turning of the year comes during the long dark. It seems a moment of change, when things might seem to weigh down on us. As an astronomer, I usually celebrate the dark: it’s during these months that the stars shine most brightly.
It has been a tumultuous year for many of us… and some of us are uncertain at what lies ahead. But no matter what you celebrate or how you celebrate. Join with me in taking a some time to sit back with the ones that we are close to, no matter how much distance on this globe separates us. Make amends with those we have wandered away from.
Sing to one another, laugh with one another, love one another.
This moment of peace, this moment of friendship, of love will carry us through the next year.

Blue says: Christmas is always a special time of year for me. For my family, it’s always been the day that we all try and get together. We’ve even had days where half of us have been living overseas and the other half have traveled so we could celebrate together. When we can’t be together, we’re still thinking of each other, and for me, the season is all about love and peace and reflection on things accomplished over the past year.
In SL, looking back at some of the posts and the memories they invoke, reminding myself of the times Aeon and I have spent together building, playing, dancing, just the two of us, or with our wonderful group of friends, makes me very happy indeed.
I hope you’ve enjoyed the posts we’ve done for you throughout the year. And from my heart, a very merry Christmas to you and your families, and may the New Year bring you love and happiness and the fulfillment of all your dreams!
