I don’t wear a lot of tattoos, so I guess I don’t do too many posts about them.  But I had to do this one, it’s a pretty piece of art for a tattoo.

The tattoo is a FREE gift for members of the SLF&O group.  It comes in Maitreya, Slink, and Omega appliers, and with a system tattoo layer for people using  BoM (like me in these photos).

I was telling you the other day about the Lucky Letter boards at Scandalize.  This was another outfit I picked up when my letter came up that day!

This cute mini dress is in black only, but there are a couple of variations, this lace patterned one, and a plain black one.  The belt has a multicolour HUD so you can get a nice highlight to match your look.  And as a bonus, the top is also included as a separate item so you can wear it over a pair of jeans, shorts, or a skirt of your choice!

Sizes include Lara, Freya, Isis, Legacy, and Hourglass.

FurtaCor have joined FabFree, and this is their first gift for members.  The Fabulously Free In SL group is FREE to join.

This romper is the only one I’ve ever seen that comes in two pieces which certainly takes care of the romper problem!  Both pieces come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Physique, and Hourglass.  Also included is a fifteen color HUD with nine plains and six pastel prints.

The tied boots are also included, and come in the same sizes as the outfit, and can be changed to black, white, or gold via the HUD.  And as a bonus, you can also change the lace color to black or white separately from the main outfit colors.

OK, stop it with the red already 🙂  I found this outfit at the Valentine’s Shop & Hop Event, hence the red.  I’m only just getting around to shooting it with all that’s been going on!

You still have a few days to find these FREE gifts at the event.  It closes on February 23rd.

The shorts and top are separates and are sized for Lara, Freya, Physique, and Hourglass.

I initially couldn’t remember where I got this, and went to Pixicat’s in-world store (linked below).  If you have a little time, you should have a browse around, as they have some very pretty outfits with very nice detailing!

Hello sweets!  I picked this mini dress up as a group gift for members of Egoxentrikax.  Their group is FREE to join!

The dress comes in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Signature Alice, Hourglass, Physique, Star Body, Curvy, Fine, and Minimizer.   Being February, it’s pink with hearts lol, but not so pink that I have to go blonde 🙂

Benefit for Australian Animals

Right now, in Eden, we’re running a marathon 8 hour event to benefit the animals devastated in the recent bushfires in Australia.  Not only were many killed and injured, but because of the extensive fires, a lot of their natural habitat and food supplies were destroyed.  Efforts are underway to literally air drop food supplies to them.  Of course, this is an expensive undertaking, and all money we raise today will be donated to the International Fund for Animal Welfare.

I haven’t mentioned COCO in a long time.  They’re a long running outfit, with a huge store in-world.  Their boyfriend jeans are my favs for just walking around in.  But they have lots of other items, including group gift for their members, and best of all, their group is FREE to join!

This lace hemmed cami style dress is their latest gift, and it comes in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, and Legacy.  The pretty pink flower pattern reminds me that spring is coming soon!

Lucky scandal

You know that Scandalize has a bunch of Lucky Letter boards, right?!  I scored the top and skirt combo, and the heels, in less than five minutes.  Run and see if you’re as lucky!

The top and skirt are separates, and the waist chain is also a separate piece.  All three come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Legacy.  The chain comes in silver and gold versions, and the skirt and top also come in a plain version without the leopard print.

The heels are a fatpack and come with two HUDs to change colors for all the parts.  They fit Lara, Slink, and Belleza.

Everything was so red, I had to dye my hair (and paint my nails, and find red lippy)!  Do blondes have more fun?  I don’t know, and I’m not staying blonde long enough to find out 🙂

Applier materials

Here’s a really quick shoot to show you one of the new things with Lara V5.  You can now use appliers that include specular and bump maps with the bod.  This latex suit is in both Maitreya and Omega advanced appliers, and the look is pretty nice for applier clothing!  It’s a special edition group gift for CSC group members, and their group is FREE to join!

Do notice however that the above photo is not in a really extreme pose, but the Lara clothing layer I’m wearing to apply the suit is clipping under the left arm.  Is this an issue with the applier texture?  Or the clothing layer?  I think it’s the body mesh breaking through the clothing layer, which if true, the Maitreya team should look at fixing.

Anyway, it’s sure a welcome addition to be able to use materials in appliers with the new version of Lara.  I know Aeon is super excited about it, and I’m sure with her selection of fantasy skins, we’ll see something from her using this soon!
