Amore sweater and dress

Sometimes, sorry, I just forget where I got something.  I was looking through my unopened folder and came across this wonderful dress and sweater combination, and for the life of me, I can’t remember how I got it.  I guess it must have been an MM.  Update: It was a group gift from Womanity!  Apologies to Miss W who IMed me to let me know 🙂

The outfit is all one part mesh in standard sizes, and appears to be by Meli Imako, who makes wonderful full perm clothing.  But the textures were done by someone else…  Yes, by Miss W from Womanity!

Each Saturday at 2-4pm SLT, Eden holds a themed party.  This week, it was Angels and Devils.  I love finding costumes for events like this, and here’s the one I came up with this time.

Blueberry tank top

This top was a group gift from Blueberry (and I think it’s still available!).  It’s in standard mesh sizing and has fitmesh versions for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink.  The lowcut jeans are appliers from Sexical Moi that have been languishing in my unopened folder for a while, and are the perfect match for this.  Appliers include Omega, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, plus a system layer.

And when I was putting this on, I already had a pair of applier panties on, so I left them 🙂

BDR Bodysuit tester

Beautiful Dirty Rich have come up with a mix and match concept for their new clothing line, and to give you an idea of the colors available, they have made this “wearable demo” bodysuit available for FREE.  The idea here is that you can test out the color range before buying mix and match clothing in those colors.

Desert shoot

I’ve been meaning to do a fashion shoot in the desert for ages.  It’s sort of one of those iconic ideas with blowing gauzy gowns, swirling sand, and ripply shadows across the ground.  Well, a lot of that is difficult to capture in SL, but I’ve done my best, and I hope you like it 🙂

I’m wearing an old system semi gown by Kamiri for this.  I have to shout out to the sim too, as really it’s strictly a Gorean roleplay sim (with damage and the lot eeps).  One of the people was gracious enough not to boot me immediately for being OOC once I explained that I’d only be there for a couple of minutes to take pics.  So thank you to The New Oasis of Sand Sleen!  If Gorean RP is your thing, go and pay them a visit.  It’s a nicely done sim.

You know me, normally I’d go blonde with anything that approaches the shade of pink (sorry Nandesha) but this top is dark enough or the pants set it off enough so that it doesn’t clash too badly with my hair.  So yay!

Eden’s Spring Queen

Every year at Eden we hold a contest to select our Spring Queen.  This was the outfit I wore to this year’s contest!

This lovely little fae outfit consists of system bra and panties, with sculpted flowers everywhere, bracelets, and mesh wings.  I paired it with my orchid necklace and earring set for even more flowers!  You can’t have too many flowers in spring!
