Apart from being erm, ahhh, yellow! I think this could do with a set of stockings… with matching bows 🙂

Last week, it was a Science Fiction theme. Here’s what I wore!
Lots of stuff to tell you about in this costume 🙂 First, the hair. This was a gift from last year’s Hair Fair. I’ve been looking for an opportunity to wear it, and it seemed to be a perfect fit for this outfit, particularly as it has a full fatpack of colors and I could get a nice green to match my snakeskin tattoo (system layers and Omega applier in black, white, and this evil green).
The makeup is from Glamorize and is a combo set with lips, eye shadow, and teeth (!)
The corset is from D’eVil, and is Lara fitmesh only.
The pants are part of a set from Apple May and include system layers and Omega and Maitreya appliers. This has a top too, and sculptie bows for the back, which are not needed for this, but makes for a wonderful set of lingerie worn on its own.
And to top it off we have the two amazing mesh pieces: an animated eye from CyberLove and some truly awesome power implants from Nerox!
The detail on the power implants are stunning. Fantastic textures and animations on the central power pack for the spine and the power cables linking it all together! The system is designed for the Kemono body, but works fine with Lara with some small adjustments. The power cables are fitmesh, but again, they work perfectly on Lara. The photos don’t do this justice, it has to be seen to be believed. Awesome work!

Second Life turned 14 the other day! I’ve only been on here for three years or so, but I do remember about four years in when SL really started making news, I looked. I created an account and looked… for about five minutes and went “how silly! why would anyone waste their time on this?” Too bad I didn’t foresee the potential for improvement back then and stick with it.
As usual, LL is throwing a party, and it’s already started! There are lots of things to see, including a showcase shopping event with some of the best designers currently working. And most of the items at the shopping event are heavily discounted. Also, there are free gifts. Yay!

This lovely little loose cropped tanktop is for Maitreya only, and has a three texture HUD. I really like the olive.
And a cropped hairstyle! Woo I love short hairstyles like this! And it comes with four color packs of six colors each! While the hair is mesh, it’s unrigged so can be repositioned and resized. A very generous gift indeed!

i’ve been looking for a set of overalls in this style for ages on an MM board. KO-H have them, but I never seem to be lucky enough to get the board to lock there. I finally got a set from Dark Salvation’s board! Yay!

This fab little outfit was on AvaGirl’s MM board the other day and I was lucky enough to get it!
The tank top comes in standard mesh sizes, and fitmesh for classic, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. It also comes with a texture HUD with six color combos. This is the aqua version. The white jeans come in fitmesh for classic and Slink.
The detailing on the jeans is very nice, although the side seam is rather prominent, which makes for some sharp shadows if you have advanced lighting on.
