Space invaders!

One of the Eden DJs came up with the great idea of doing an 8Bit set (well it was more 80s than 8Bit, but the deco was a cool gamer theme).  I got this sweater to wear to the event 🙂

The sweater is only rigged mesh in standard sizes, and it has some problems with breakthroughs around the hand area as the sleeves are so long.  I’ve retouched the pics, but in a dance situation it’s hardly noticeable.  And not being fitmesh, I was surprised at how well it went over my fav mesh jeans.  I was prepared to wear applier jeans if I had to, but it worked just fine with these.

My nerdy glasses are from last year’s Quest Fur Cover Hunt, and are rather cool mesh, with take off and put on animations, and another set of “off” glasses that are the location of the glasses when you take them off (if that makes sense).  I didn’t take a picture, but when off, mine hang on my jumper neckline.

Boho hippy, with flair

After all the swimsuits, today I’m showing you a wonderful boho outfit!

A friend of ours DJs 60s psychedelic music a lot, so this will get worn to her next event!  The outfit is all one piece and comes in fitmesh sizes for classic, Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya.  The sunglasses, necklace, sandals for Slink Low, and a purse (not shown) are all included.

The sandals are really pretty, and the detailing on the inner sole makes me want to take them off to photograph them so you can see them better, but I hope you can see enough in the picture below.

Also, these sunglasses are the best I’ve ever seen in SL!  I have a pair of round John Lennon style ones, but they’re not just right.  These ones are purrrfect!

Look at the materials on this dress!  Wow!  As it’s pink, you know… dye bottle? 😉

This was a free gift at FaMESHed (I think!  Sometimes I do so many outfits I lose track!)  There are fitmesh sizes for classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Ebody, Fine, Curvy, Lara, TMP, Hourglass, and Physique, which basically covered all the current bodies and then some

My heels are also from the same event, and have a HUD that allows you to change the details such as the buckle metal, but not the main shoe colour.  I like them a lot, and a neutral gray makes a nice change from black, and goes with nearly anything.

Oh another item that’s been hiding in my inventory for a long time unopened!  This lovely little top is from Hasi, and was a gift on a Women’s Stuff hunt last year!

Sizes include fitmesh for classic, Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza.

Today I’m showing you the summer group gift from one of my fav dress makers in SL: Ana Markova.  This gift is currently avail in store (as are a huge bunch of previous group gifts) and is yours when you join Ana’s group.  The group is L$100 to join, but a dress of this quality on marketplace would cost you twice that!

The dress comes in fitmesh for Hourglass, Physique, Freya, Isis, Venus, and Lara.  The harness and chain are included.  There are no standard sizes.

WOH3 ends tomorrow!  I hope you’ve all gone out and used your hunting skills to rustle up some of these lovely FREE gifts!  Today, yet another swimsuit, this time from 1313 Mockingbird Lane!

There are fitmesh sizes for Freya, Isis, Lara, Hourglass, and Physique.  There are no standard sizes.  While this is fitmesh, there are a few breakthroughs, particularly around the hips of the bottoms.  Perhaps a tiny shape tweak would help fix it?

As an added bonus, if you join Mockingbird Lane’s group for FREE, you can pick up this matching coverup as a FREE group gift in the same sizes!  The photo below uses a pose also available on the hunt.

This is another wonderful hunt item from WOH3!  The dress is in two pieces and looks lovely for a trip to the beach.

There are fitmesh sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Lara, Hourglass, and Physique.  There are no standard sizes.

Woah! I’m not going out in that surf!  Too huge for this fraidy cat!

WOH3 – IS Black onepiece

Swimwear features a lot in the WOH3 hunt!  Of course, it’s on just as summer hits.  So if you do the hunt you’ll be all set to spend lazy days at the beach with a nice cold drink!

This one piece is comes in fitmesh for Freya, Isis, Venus, Lara, Hourglass, and Physique.  Not standard sizes, which is starting to become a rather common thing.

Also from WOH3 is this necklace from Elysium.  It’s part of a set that also includes matching earrings, and both the necklace and earrings come in silver and gold versions.  A lovely gift!
