Another pretty little dress from the April Showers Hunt to show you today. This hunt runs until the end of the month, so you have plenty of time to find the prizes!
This little sundress comes in standard sizes plus body specific fitmesh for Lara, Freya, Venus, Isis, Physique, Hourglass, TMP, and both Tonic and eBody Curvy and Fine.
It may be Spring in SL, but in my part of the world it’s Autumn, so perhaps I can be forgiven for this Winter flashback 🙂
The jacket and top are one piece. They come in fitmesh sizes for classic avis, plus body specific fitmesh for Lara, TMP, Curvy, Fine, Hourglass, Physique, Ocacin Venus, Isis, Freya, and eBody. The leggings come in black or brown, and in the same sizes. The boots are also included in sizes for Slink, Maitreya, Belleza, and TMP.
My hairstyle and knit cap are all one piece (which is the best way to do hats in SL).

No, I didn’t take the teal body paint to my love (although there’s an idea, those paint brushes tickle!) I found this suede halter and skirt set on the April Showers Hunt, which goes though to the end of the month.

Another sequined dress! This one with a little more glitter, I found this on the L$1 April Showers Hunt, which goes until the 30th of April.
The dress and leg ribbons are in fitmesh sizes for Lara, Freya, Venus, Isis, Hourglass, and Physique. It includes the leg and foot ribbons for Slink, Maitreya, and Belleza.

I wonder if the creator was thinking about peace marches and things like that when they named this jacket and top? I don’t know, but something strikes me as wrong about it.
Perhaps as I’ve known quite a few people in the armed forces who have actually fought in conflicts they’ve believed in, I object to this jacket having a “medal” on the left side. Oh well I will ignore it for the sake of fashion reporting, but believe me, if I was handed this to wear in an RL fashion shoot, I’d object unless that medal went.

Little black dresses are suitable for all occasions, but this one, with its interesting texture, is eye-catching!

For such a close fitting dress, the fit is really good. I’m not wearing any alpha cuts with this at all. A fantastic job from the creator!

The dress comes in standard mesh sizes and fitmesh for Lara, Physique, and Venus. Considering this is built on an early mesh model, it’s really a nice fit on Lara!
I put my rose tinted glasses on, the world always looks better through them 🙂
Nandi, our wonderful, generous, hardworking manager at Eden, loves pink. She’s nearly always wearing pink hair, and even has the nickname “Pinky” 🙂 So, it’s inevitable that every now and then, we’re going to get a “Best in Pink” contest at the club. While pink is not my favorite due to clashes with a certain head of red hair, I do have a couple of outfits. This one turned up on a Midnight Mania board at Etchaflesh just in time for the event!
The tee and sweat pants are separates and come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Physique, and Hourglass.
I went all out, including pink nail polish (from the Slink HUD), lipstick, and eyeshadow. I think I grabbed this hair at last year’s hair fair, and as it’s all anime colors, didn’t think I’d ever wear it, but I’m glad I had it as it works really well with this outfit. The out-of-place curl at the top is super cute 🙂
And remember, as Nandi says, “Pink isn’t just a color, it’s an attitude!” 🙂

This cocktail dress from Prism is very nice, and the sash really makes it. Sizes for the dress are fitmesh classic, plus body specific sizes for Lara and Slink. The sash is in standard mesh sizes, and unfortunately is no mod and doesn’t have a resize script, so you can’t get it to fit perfectly (but the medium size works for me).
With the sequin texture, I would have loved it if the creator had added a materials map to make it truly glittery. This dress sort of cries out for that. But overall, a really lovely dress. Prism makes some really nice stuff, you should go check them out!
