Recently, I was researching RLV traps for ideas for some Hallowe’en trickery.  While doing so, I came across a place called the “Art Gallery of Accidental Entanglement“.  The traps here use RLV to transform you into works of art, which is really strange and fascinating at the same time.  There are gardens (stick to the paths if you’re wearing an RLV relay!) and a building with a lot of incredibly well done statues who are really avatars that have asked the staff to pose them for a specific amount of time.

It’s worth a visit.

How this works of course is a script delivers you skin and hair and eyes and so on, and uses RLV to strip you down and then apply the items it gave you.  Having been accidentally trapped by a stand in the garden and been given the objects, I decided to try and make a stand of my own.  I already had the perfect pose for it as our friend Kat asked me for help making a pose so she could try and recreate Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres’ famous painting “The Spring“.  So here it is, although I’m not as curvy as the nymph in the painting lol

Here’s a laced and strapped corset dress that just happens to be in my color 🙂

There are only sizes for Lara, Freya, and Hourglass.  This is a group only MM board prize, but if purple isn’t your favorite color, the dress is available at Entice in a ten color fatpack for only L$299.

Today, I have a warm angola sweater and some lace trimmed culottes to show you.

These are one piece (oh I wish the culottes were separate!) and come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Physique and Hourglass (as a “one-size-fits-both”), and TMP.  There are some tiny clipping issues, but a really nice warm sweater outfit to wear as the days get chillier!

A hunt, a Hallowe’en hunt, for FREE, at Blacklace!  There’s nothing not to like about that!

There are 34 pumpkins hidden about the sim, waiting for you to find them.  Included are some fabulous lingerie, shoes, dresses, poses, and more!  This lovely little set comes in sizes for Lara, Hourglass, and Physique.  It even includes a tiny little top hat and veil, which I’m not wearing in the photos, but could be a wonderful addition for a fun Hallowe’en party.

This is a sexy little cutaway mini by Julia’s Scandal, and other past group gift.  Julia’s group is FREE to join.

The dress comes in sizes for Lara, Physique, Hourglass, Freya, Venus, and eBody Curvy.  It also has a six texture HUD with some different patterns and solids, all in this interesting green grey color.

I mentioned the other day that Julia’s Scandal has a number of past group gifts.  This is one of them 🙂

The top and skirt are separates and come in sizes for Lara, Venus, Isis, Freya, eBody, Hourglass, Physique, and a classic avatar fitmesh.  There’s a HUD that lets you select a color combination for the top and skirt separately and both have lace and solid options.

I chose the black lace skirt as it gives me a chance to show off these awesome new thigh high boots I got for an event at Eden the other day. They have six black and six white lace patterns available in the HUD that comes with them, and they come in fitmesh sizes for Lara, Belleza, and Slink.

There are a ton of places in SL that require some form of costume.  A lot of role play areas are medieval or fantasy inspired and frown on modern clothing.  Beast Forest, where these pictures were taken, is one of those places.

Rather then being totally nude, I found this chain mail camisk that fits in perfectly with the theme of the sim.  And before you go “Beast Forest?  Eww!”, you should definitely come and look at this place.  It’s one of the most incredibly well done sims in SL.   All of the people (well, you do get an occasional inexperienced newcomer, but that’s normal everywhere in SL) are friendly and polite, and enjoy the fantasy setting.

The camisk has fits for Lara, Hourglass, Physique, eBody, and a small and large fitmesh for standard avatars.  It also has a six color hud to let you select the metal the chain is made from.

Recently at Eden, we held a salsa competition.  I realized I didn’t have a good dress for salsa, so I found this on MP 🙂

This is a very daring asymmetrically cut dress just perfect for salsa dancing!  It comes in sizes for Lara, Freya, Isis, Venus, Tonic Curvy and Fine, eBody Classic and Curvy, Physique, Hourglass, and Altamura Sofia.  It also has a 13 color HUD so you are sure to find a color to suit you.  The dress has some glow added and, as it’s no modify, you can’t switch it off, but it looks really good with the sparkles, which are further enhanced by some nice use of materials.  This is certainly an eye-catching dress!

After I looked at the colors, I wondered if I had a pair of shoes to go with it, and fortunately I just picked up the latest group gift from Baby Monkey.  These come with a basic color HUD, and that had a nice lime green that went perfectly with the dress, so yay!

Hello lovelies!  We are back on the lingerie trail today with an absolutely wonderful group gift from Julia’s Scandal!

Julia’s group is FREE to join and there are a ton of past group gifts available.

This elegant set consists of a separate bra, panty, and garter belt.  All three pieces come in sizes for Lara, Freya, Venus, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, Curvy, and Fine.  There is also a six color HUD included that lets you set the color of each item separately.

The garter belt certainly cried out for some stocking to hold up, so I added some from Blueberry.  These are for Lara, and I don’t seem to have the original box, so I’m unsure of other sizes.  They also come with a HUD allowing you to select from nearly thirty colors!  Shoes and a bow choker complete the look.
